Sorry, not very good. There is very little of Leonardo da Vinci depth, symbolism and sophistication. We were in Vienna for the second time and have something to compare with... Our worst experience in the last year.

Vienna offers many options of visits (museums, exhibitions, buildings...). Entrances fees are pretty high for what you can see in some museums/buildings.
Personally, too much attention is given to Sissi who was not a so very nice person. We walked a lot and did not use the Metro so much (use it to go to Schonbrunn and from/to the airport). Prices of restaurants are expensive and we are asked to leave tips which I don't feel comfortable with as we read service was included in the rate. In many restaurants they don't speak english which is surprising. Vienna is a nice city to visit

Public transportation is awesome, sightseeing was lovely, people are genually helpful and nice to talk to, most people can speak English as well. The city is 'wunderbar'. Can't wait to visit Vienna again. If you can stay 7+ days, I recommend to do it, Vienna has so many things to offer. I guess spring is the best time for visiting, so if you can book a trip at the time, do so. Big love for Vienna.

Vienna is a beautiful city with lots of culture and character. There is a lot to see in this single city and transportation is very smooth. I would definitely recommend visiting and it is ideal for short stays of 2-3 days. There are many events and venues available for booking but prices ought to be checked beforehand as they can get expensive, especially when totalled up.
what a fantastic place this is! in the city centre of Vienna in walkable distance of some great sights and close to the main central station that has a direct connection to the airport - almost don’t want to praise this too much and keep as a secret to myself but that wouldn’t be fair to the team of grätzlhotel, as they were fantastic. a lovingly chosen and contemporary design of the room made us feel right at home and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Vienna!
One of the best hotels that I have stayed in, really close to the city center and Karlsplatz metro station, also to the main tourist attractions from Vienna. The hotel has spacious, very clean, rooms and a great sauna to enjoy. The staff is really helpful and nice. We had breakfast included, with several options of food and drink, including champagne/ prosecco, which was a very nice touch for breakfast. Also, the hotel offers a wide range of useful products of self care and a nice minibar.
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location! this hotel was absolutely perfect! check in was smooth and efficient, rooms were immaculately clean. the bathroom was great and the shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice. close to underground and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, especially the staff in the breakfast room. My partner and I had a fantastic stay in Vienna and loved this hotel!
This quaint, old school hotel just 5 - 6 min walk from Stephenplatz is at the perfect location for my Vienna trip. I stayed for 6 nights. The rooms were clean, had nice big windows, their equipment/ fittings work, the bed was comfy... and best of all, the staff (I met different ones during my stay) were so nice and helpful! I tried their breakfast one of the days, and it had a good range of food items, and tasted really good. I'd come back to stay again if I ever return to Vienna.
Spacious rooms that were clean. The bathroom was large and immaculate. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge array of options. The location is right next to Schönbrunn Palace which was nice. The city centre was a few stops away on the train but this was no issue as there was metro direct line literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The overall feel of the hotel was old-style grandeur which was a perfect stay for Vienna.
I would definitely stay at The Residence Inn by Marriott Vienna City East again. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the U-bahn so very fast and easy to access the city center and attractions. The breakfast selection had plenty of options which were being continually refilled. Overall a perfect place to stay in Vienna.
I have been to many 4 star hotels in vienna but this hotel is one of the best one that is located in city center. Hotel was amazing and I got positive energy from all parts of Jaz hotel. Staff was perfect, polite with high energy and check in process was so fast. Room was beautiful and I liked the decoration and size as well as the cleanness. I like everything. Breakfast was also very good.
We had room on the 5th floor, nice view, big enough. It was clean enough when we got in and we had clean towels every day. The staff were really nice and helpful with everything we asked. Parking garage is close to the hotel and not expensive for Vienna. It's nice neighbourhood, really close to Karlsplatz and also close to city centre, we walked almost everywhere.
My favorite things about the property were its central location (in city center and close to the subway station), cleanliness, & decor. The staff was friendly, convenient on-site laundry, & good Wi-Fi access. I was in Vienna for a conference followed by a week of holidays and the hotel was perfect for both.
A very nice receptionist Lady explained not clear rules on parking fees in Vienna. Apart from that, the hotel provides its own parking space for additional fees. Very good breakfest. Nice location in a walking distance to the city centre, that is also easily approachable by bus.
The room is big enough for 2 adults and a child. Hotel is super clean. They also gave us free drinks with their green stay program. The staff is awesome. I prefer this hotel if I revisit Vienna. It is not far from the city center. You can walk or take a tram from Stephansplatz.
The hotel itself is quite simple, just for sleeping really. Although far from Vienna's city centre, the location is good and near a subway stop (Gasometer), just a 3min walk. The staff was nice at check-in and there were a lot of flyers about Vienna which came in handy.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to many train station and Vienna City Centre. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed the lovely terrace.
It was a bit hot during the first night, but when we asked the staff for an extra fan, they provided one.
Leonardo Hotel in Vienna is big professional hotel, almost business trip feel-alike. The time of check out is very convenient (11-12). Also the location of the hotel is great, it s not only close to train/bus station but close to belvedere and city centre.
This is a lovely hotel, with great staff and located very conveniently to go in/out Vienna city center.
The night staff was very accomodating, and helped me and my toddler with everything we needed (warm milk, crib, even a teddy bear!)
Very nice hotel in the city centre of Vienna! New, stylish with very friendly staff! They have a great bar/restaurant inside the hotel! Centre is latterly 3 minutes walk from the hotel! Rooms are nicely decorated!
Nice hotel, very good standard - staff very friendly and helpful. Decent location near to Stadion metro, short journey into city centre and for connecting to the airport line
Location has good connection with city centre and airport by different means of transport. Hotel is new and very clean. The breakfast was great value for money.
