The location was amazing---inside the walled city! Beautifully furnished, clean, and the hot tub was fantastic! We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms---we were there during a heat wave and the apartment was always a place a comfort.

Absolutely everything. The place was easy to find, in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby, easy walk to the walled city but more amazing was the place itself. It was like a hidden gem behind a plain wall - the place inside was 100% unique but with class. Two bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, den, living room and private patio. We stayed in the back bedroom which was light and bright. The bed was extremely comfortable with a glass floor on part of it overlooking the living room. The “hall” full bathroom was very large with a wonderful shower. We loved this place and cannot say enough good things about it. I’ve been to Europe roughly 150-170 times in the last 10 years and this place was by far the top of my list. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Carcassonne or surrounding area.

It is not a luxury hotel and I did not pay for same so my expectations were met, I genuinely think this hotel represents very very good value and would recommend overall.

We had a room with a garden view on the first floor with windows which you could open to appreciate the fresh air. The bathroom had a great rain shower and the room included facilities to make a cup of tea. The hotel is in a great location, just a relatively short walk uphill to the castle gates. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, salt, pepper, vinegar, a huge variety of cleaning materials and equipment, vacuum cleaner etc. in short everything that you could possibly want in a holiday rental. There is a brand new washing machine, outside seating area (though we could not use it due to the wet weather). The property is very clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
