The minute we entered to the hotel main entrance, we were greeted with his warm smiles . He went extra miles and render his help with my mom which on a wheel chair bound from the car to the hotel entrance. The front staffs, kitchen staffs and even the housekeeping are equally very nice and excellent in terms of their service. The rooms that we booked for our families are literally clean. Definitely, a must stay at this boutique Hotel. We have been staying here several times. And so are all of our friends and families. They simply love Moty Hotel. So convenient to access anywhere.

I loved the location of this hotel. The room was a big size room with all the facilities, bed, fridge, tv, balcony, iron, hair drier. Breakfast has vegetarian options that was a plus point for us. Loved the hospitality and ambience.

We got a room on the top floor, the view was amazing, especially from the bath tub. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was great, we had nasi lemak. The starting point of Melak river cruise was a 5 minute walk away, but we walked to Dutch Square and Chinatown too from the hotel, took us approx. 15-20 minutes.
